These Terms of Service govern all products and services provided by the RFCHost business entity. The terms and conditions are as follows:
RFCHost RFCHost is the owner and service provider of the website RFCHost.com (hereinafter referred to as "RFCHost" or "this site"). In this agreement, the websites or services mentioned, including various data transmission services, hosting or website hosting services, are collectively referred to as the "website" or "service".
When the first-person pronouns (RFCHost, we, our, etc.) are used in this agreement, they refer to the RFCHost business entity. Additionally, the terms "website" or "this website" refer to any website provided by RFCHost, unless a specific website is explicitly excluded from this policy.
You, the RFCHost Customer As our customer or user of the website services, this agreement may use any second-person pronouns.
Please read the following hosting service terms and conditions. By successfully purchasing RFCHost products, you agree to and will abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, i.e., you do not agree to this service and terms, please do not purchase RFCHost products and services, and click the browser's "Back" button or close this website. RFCHost will only provide products or services to you after you have agreed to these terms of service.
1.1 After you place an order, we will send you a service order confirmation email, which we consider your acceptance of these terms of use. RFCHost reserves the right to refuse to provide any product to you for any reason. RFCHost also has the right to interrupt product services for regular maintenance as needed in emergency situations.
This agreement contains the complete applicable terms and conditions (as defined below) for the RFCHost services you have purchased. RFCHost may modify the terms of this agreement, including fees (as defined below), at any time, and RFCHost is obligated to notify users of the updated terms, including but not limited to email notifications, website notifications, and social media notifications.
2.1 We may modify this agreement at any time. You agree that we reserve the right to do so. You agree that we have the unilateral right to do so. The updated version will immediately replace any previous version upon publication, unless the revised version and the previous version are consistent, and the previous version is no longer legally effective. Any third-party modified version of this agreement is considered invalid.
2.2 We agree that if we make any changes to the agreement, we will change the "Last Modified Date" at the top of this agreement. You agree to periodically revisit this page. You agree to pay attention to the date this agreement was last revised. If the "Last Modified" date remains unchanged from the last time you reviewed this agreement, you can assume that the agreement has not changed since you last reviewed it. If the "Last Modified" date has changed, then you can be sure that the terms of the agreement have been modified.
2.3 RFCHost may also terminate this agreement at any time for any reason or no reason ("Termination without Cause"). In such cases, RFCHost will provide you with written notice.
2.4 Waiver - If you fail to regularly review this agreement, you are responsible for ignoring changes to this agreement. You have the right to review this revised version at any time. RFCHost is not responsible for your own failure to review.
3.1 The initial term of the product begins when we send you the order confirmation email or start providing the service, and upon receiving your legitimate funds. The term length of the service is determined by your choice and noted when you order our products. During the initial term (and any renewal term), you may not terminate the execution of this agreement unless RFCHost is in default. After the initial term, this agreement will automatically renew, with the terms of execution the same as the initial term, unless terminated or canceled by either party as provided in this agreement.
3.2 RFCHost may also terminate this agreement at any time for any reason or no reason ("Termination without Cause"). In such cases, RFCHost will provide you with written notice.
3.3 If RFCHost cancels this agreement pursuant to any of the terms of this agreement, except for termination without cause under Section 3.2, RFCHost shall not refund any fees you have paid or prepaid prior to the cancellation, and you are obligated to pay all fees and charges before the cancellation of the active product. If RFCHost terminates the agreement, all prepaid fees will not be refunded. The termination of this agreement does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any accrued or payable fees to RFCHost prior to the effective termination of this agreement.
3.4 In addition, RFCHost reserves the right to terminate any part of this agreement. RFCHost may terminate your product when:
(a) You have violated the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"); (b) You have infringed or violated any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or copyrights; (c) You have not complied with any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances; (d) You have uploaded, posted, or transmitted any images, text, graphics, code, or videos that RFCHost deems illegal or high-risk. RFCHost has the discretion, and the purpose of anything in this agreement is that RFCHost has no responsibility or obligation to monitor or review your content, or the content that your users upload or post at any time. You remain responsible for your content and any liability arising therefrom.
4.1 When registering an account, you will be required to provide a login account (email) and password. You can and can only use these user identities and passwords to use the service or modify your data and content. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and the confidentiality of all activities using these credentials.
4.2 You must provide us with a primary email address and ensure its availability. All notices and communications between us will be sent to the email address you provide, so you need to keep this address active.
4.3 Providing any kind of erroneous or inaccurate contact information will result in RFCHost's inability to properly provide the intended service, and the service interruption caused by this issue will not receive proper compensation; providing any kind of false/fraudulent information may lead to the termination of your account in accordance with the relevant provisions in Section 3 of this agreement.
4.4 RFCHost has the right to refuse to provide services and immediately terminate your access to your RFCHost account when: (a) You do not meet the conditions for RFCHost to provide services; (b) You have previously failed to fulfill a contract with RFCHost-related businesses or RFCHost partners; (c) You have previously violated the relevant terms and conditions with RFCHost-related businesses or RFCHost partners; (d) Based on existing data, we believe you may refuse to fulfill the contract or violate our terms or conditions.
4.5 You are responsible for all activities and changes in your account. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you maintain strict confidentiality measures to protect files, directories, and script permissions. We assume you have the technical ability to manage your own services. You are responsible for any problems caused by changes to your account, including but not limited to damage to your product due to intrusion, damage to the RFCHost website and/or equipment, and damage to any other website.
4.6 Only one valid account is allowed to be set up by a natural person individual on RFCHost, unless the previous account is no longer valid and not temporarily or permanently restricted due to violation of terms and conditions. You agree and allow RFCHost to use technologies such as browser fingerprinting to prevent account abuse, and RFCHost agrees that all use of technology must comply with our privacy policy. Legal entities are not subject to this restriction.
4.7 Non-business users (Business Setup) or enterprise users (Enterprise Setup) are not allowed to use domain email addresses on RFCHost, and business and enterprise users can only use company email addresses related to their own organization or enterprise. Any type of personal domain email, non-educational institution user's educational email, and temporary email are not allowed, and RFCHost has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to such accounts.
5.1 All services provided through RFCHost can only be used for lawful purposes.
5.2 Between you and RFCHost, RFCHost declares that it does not own the rights or content you provide for use in your service and/or (including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, audiovisual works, movies, pictures, animations, videos, and graphics, i.e., "Your Content"). By using RFCHost products and/or services, you hereby grant RFCHost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, create derivative works, display, and perform your content through internet broadcasting.
5.3 RFCHost may (but is not obligated to) provide you with certain materials, including but not limited to computer software (in object code or source code form), data files, or information developed, domain names, email addresses, other network addresses, and other proprietary technologies, methods, equipment, and processes provided by RFCHost or its suppliers under this agreement ("Core Materials"). Under the terms and conditions of this agreement, RFCHost grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the core materials in connection with the service. This license terminates upon termination of this agreement. You acknowledge and agree that RFCHost owns all rights, title, and interest, or otherwise obtains all applicable licenses, all copyrights, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the core materials. Any use of materials after the termination of this agreement without permission is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not upload, transmit, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any materials without written permission.
5.4 This agreement does not constitute a license to use RFCHost service marks or any other trade badges. The use of any RFCHost service marks or any other trade marks without RFCHost's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5.5 You understand that even nominal damages may require substantial legal fees, travel expenses, costs, and other amounts. If such costs are incurred, you agree that you will pay all such costs and expenses.
RFCHost will post the modified policy on the website and reserves the right to modify the Acceptable Use Policy at any time, and RFCHost is obligated to notify users of updates to the Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to email notifications, website notifications, and social media notifications. You agree to periodically visit the RFCHost website and review the latest Acceptable Use Policy, and your continued use of RFCHost services after any Acceptable Use Policy change log represents your acceptance of the new Acceptable Use Policy and your agreement to be bound by it. If the end-user's behavior violates the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, RFCHost will have the right to suspend your access to the service at any time.
6.2 RFCHost will not actively detect the content used by end-users on RFCHost services, although RFCHost may, at its discretion, use technical means to monitor the services used by customers on the RFCHost network and disclose any necessary information about your account if required by law, regulations, or government organizations. RFCHost will investigate complaints of infringement of third-party rights or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. RFCHost will attempt to reduce abuse of RFCHost services. RFCHost will have the right to cooperate with law enforcement and reserve the right to notify such agencies if law enforcement suspects you and your end-users are engaged in activities that violate the laws, regulations, and relevant policies of the jurisdiction where you and your server are located. All the terms contained in this section are to grant rights to third parties, but no third party has the right to enforce any terms of this agreement.
6.3 You must agree that RFCHost will not be responsible for any of your and your end-users' violations of the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws, regulations, and relevant policies of the jurisdiction where you and your server are located, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
6.4 RFCHost may, at its sole discretion, terminate your service and product and terminate this agreement due to your or your end-users' or downstream customers' violation of the Terms of Service and Prohibited Use Policy.
6.5 RFCHost takes the issue of child pornography very seriously, and the use of our services by minors poses potential risks, which should be completely prohibited, but their guardians can authorize minors to use RFCHost's services in a limited way. Any content that may be considered child pornography will be deleted and access prohibited, which applies to any RFCHost service. Any customers who host or access child pornography through RFCHost will be immediately deleted from the service and reported to local law enforcement. You agree to cooperate with RFCHost to prevent access to child pornography content, and any child pornography content or solicitation, enticement, or inducement of minors to engage in sexual activity or lewd behavior is also strictly prohibited and will be treated the same as child pornography. RFCHost reserves the right to take legal action against customers who host or access child pornography on the RFCHost website.
6.6 We respect the intellectual property rights of all parties and have implemented a repeat copyright infringer termination policy in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. A copy of our repeat infringer termination policy is available to our customers upon request.
7.1 The use of any spam on the RFCHost network is strictly prohibited, and if you and your end-users use SPAM on the RFCHost network, we have the right to terminate your service at any time.
7.2 RFCHost will post the modified policy on the website and reserves the right to modify the Anti-Spam Policy at any time. You agree to periodically visit the RFCHost website and review the latest Anti-Spam Policy, and your continued use of RFCHost services after any Anti-Spam Policy change log represents your acceptance of the new Anti-Spam Policy and your agreement to be bound by it. If the end-user's behavior violates the Terms of Service or the Anti-Spam Policy, RFCHost will have the right to suspend your access to the service at any time.
8.1 Service payments should be made in advance within the payment period. Unless you cancel RFCHost services according to the cancellation procedure specified in this agreement, the services will be billed automatically and periodically.
8.2 The initial cost and recurring fees for the service you choose should be provided on the initial online order form, unless you and we have specifically negotiated and confirmed in writing, in which case the installation fees and recurring payment fees for the service you choose should be paid as the initial cost at the time of online ordering, and all setup/installation fees and special setup fees are non-refundable. Service fees must be paid in advance, and failure to pay service fees before the due date may result in service suspension or termination.
8.3 When making a payment, you must select a payment method. RFCHost reserves the right to contract with third parties to process all payments. Such third parties may impose additional terms and conditions on payment processing. If you fail to pay the full amount due, your account will be considered overdue. For any overdue fees, RFCHost may charge a certain/maximum legal interest rate on your unpaid balance.
8.4 You agree to pay any taxes resulting from your use of the service, including personal income tax, value-added tax, or sales tax. RFCHost is not responsible for any fees incurred due to your use of the service and your use of bank checks, credit cards, insufficient funds, and any issues with your financial institution. RFCHost should receive the full payment, and if additional fees are incurred due to taxes, exchange rate differences, bank charges, transfer fees, etc., you need to pay them yourself.
8.5 You also agree to pay any attorney's fees, collection fees, and other fees incurred by RFCHost. Additionally, RFCHost will not refund any installation fees, special setup fees, handling fees, or remaining prepaid fees.
8.6 RFCHost promises a 24-hour refund guarantee for all services or products that are not specifically stated, except in the following cases: a) Fraudulent payment b) Suffered a DDOS attack c) Product usage exceeds 20GiB of traffic d) History of refund requests or disputes Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. After the refund is completed, the account will no longer be eligible for the above refund policy. And the same natural person's other accounts will also not be eligible for the above refund policy after a refund. Once RFCHost begins providing the service, RFCHost has already incurred the basic costs and taken on the risk, so we will charge a 7% (5% service fee + 2% payment gateway fee) handling fee to cover the basic costs already incurred and the risks taken on.
8.8 Coupons and Promo Codes - In some cases, RFCHost may provide coupons and promo codes, and some coupons or promo codes may only apply to the amount reduction for the first payment. These coupons and promo codes may not be applied when you upgrade your product. We also do not allow any resale of coupons and promo codes. Any account attempting to abuse coupons and promo codes will be suspended or deleted.
8.9 Price Protection - RFCHost may adjust the subscription or product prices, and these adjustments may only apply to new purchases or may apply to both new purchases and renewals. Regardless of price increases or decreases, RFCHost guarantees that all subscribers can renew at the lower of the purchase price or the latest price during one billing cycle (based on the initial purchase billing); users who purchased at promotional prices are not subject to this clause. We also reserve the right to modify the product content.
9.1 RFCHost will only respond to you during Hong Kong statutory working days, and each support request will only handle one issue or request, and each support department will only handle support requests related to it.
9.2 RFCHost will not provide service support to your customers.
9.3 For hosting services, please consult RFCHost customer support through a ticket to obtain a quote and plan.
9.4 RFCHost has the right to close the support request or restrict account access without any response for the following types of support requests:
10.1 You agree to maintain the data security of the services you use. RFCHost will protect the security of your data through necessary measures, including the use of backup power systems and continuous monitoring of our hardware status to detect problems in advance, in compliance with regulations. However, you still need to take your own data security measures. RFCHost will not back up your data and will not be responsible for your data loss. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you establish your own daily backup procedures to ensure the security of your data.
11.1 RFCHost does not set limits on the system resources and hardware that each account can use. We will not proactively disable user accounts unless they greatly exceed acceptable usage levels or maintaining that customer's usage would significantly impact the experience of other customers.
11.2 Unless explicitly permitted by law, you are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this website and/or derivative works of the materials. You agree not to use any automated devices or manual processes to monitor or copy this website or materials, and you will not use any devices, software, computer code, or viruses to interfere with or attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services and website.
11.3 Security - Any violation of the security of the website and/or services is prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. You agree not to engage in such activities to breach, alter, or manipulate hardware and software, endanger servers, or any other unauthorized use. You are prohibited from:
In the event that you engage in any violation of system security, we have the right to release information about you to the system administrators of other websites to assist in resolving the security incident, and we will also cooperate with any law enforcement agency investigating criminal activity and violations of system or network security. Furthermore, violations of these security provisions may result in the termination of your account under Section 3 of this agreement.
13.1 The service you pay for will not change in price for a certain period of time. We reserve the right to change the prices of the services provided by RFCHost at any time without notice, and we also reserve the right to modify the amount of resources provided to users. Furthermore, if we terminate your service under Section 3.2 of this agreement, and we decide to provide you with service again in the future, your previous fees will not be included in the new service, and you will still need to pay the service fees and check the relevant fee details, which is your responsibility. RFCHost will not automatically update your plan, and all upgrades or downgrades will be made based on your request, which may include modification fees or require you to contact us.
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RFCHost and its affiliates from and against any and all liabilities or reputational impacts, and pay for any losses, including reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees, arising from:

15.1 You expressly agree that you bear all risks associated with the use of the services we provide. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". RFCHost expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, and non-infringement. RFCHost does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the RFCHost services or any information gained through the service will be accurate, reliable, or that any software or hardware defects will be corrected. We provide no additional warranties, and any statements in any promotional materials regarding these issues should be considered as advertising references, not guarantees. You understand and agree that any data or information you download or otherwise obtain through the use of the service may be at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data.
RFCHost may provide products, services, and/or software ("third-party services or software") that are not part of the service. RFCHost has no control over the content of third-party services or software. Any use of third-party services or software is at your own personal risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the separate agreement between you and the third party.
No oral or written advice or information, whether implied, trademarked, or otherwise, including but not limited to any marketing or promotional materials describing the service on the RFCHost website, constitutes a warranty.
RFCHost provides no warranties regarding any products and services.
